Presumably one of the driest red wines, and in our case, the most full-bodied. Both viscous and dark burgundy in color, the tannins are brimming out of the bottle. Look for a warm, nutty flavor in the finish, reminiscent of roasted chestnuts. Excellent with a hearty Italian meal.
