A classic varietal. Our winemaker has taken this everyday favorite and added his own unique touch. Simple, yet intriguing. This wine won't satisfy you at the first sip! You will need to taste more, and as you do, the subtle flavors of mejool date, pecan, and toasted walnuts will begin to arise. This wine is friendly enough to pair aside a variety of dishes, and stands well on its own. Try making fresh pasta topped with aged pecorino, Italian olive oil and fresh ground pepper, and serving this alongside. It will be the star of dinner! First place at the 2010 Bloomsburg Fair, Bronze medal winner at the 2011 Amenti del Vino wine competition, Bronze medal winner at the 2011 Keystone Wine Competition.
